solid stay near wtc
great locationseveral subway linesgood room sizeloud air conditioning
i found the location great because it was really close to the world trade center. several subway lines were also nearby for easy travel. the room itself was a good size, especially considering other places i stayed.
the air conditioning made much noise in our room i think it was from the restaurant downstairs. it ran frequently throughout the night and made sleep difficult. the antiquated technology made it hard to sleep.

the staff were always helpful and polite i appreciated their assistance. i asked for an iron and received it quickly that service impressed me. their responsiveness.

the location IS ideal, and it was easy to walk to many attractions. there are plenty street vendors nearby that offered affordable meals. O'hara's pub, located just outside, had a great atmosphere.
the ac didn't WORK properly, so the room was a bit stuffy i felt. bathroom sink water was also oddly scorching hot.

the location proved ideal as it was near the world trade center. i found the check-in process surprisingly smooth. i could easily double park in front while handling bags and check-in. battery park garage was more convenient and similarly priced to the hotel's. it was closer. i appreciated the proximity to affordable street vendors and food options.
i noticed there were no phones provided in the rooms. this made contacting the front desk from my cellphone difficult. additional lighting would improve the rooms as they seemed quite dark.

the hotel has an excellent location near multiple subway lines. i found the staff friendly and helpful . the room size was adequate, especially considering the location. i slept comfortably thanks to the very comfortable bed.

the location was great because it was close to the subway. the staff was helpful when i had questions about directions. the bed was also super comfortable, so I slept well each night.
the room was smaller than i expected from the pictures i saw online. it was difficult for me to fit all my luggage.

i really appreciated the easy check in. you could double park out front while checking in. i found the ideal location convenient as one world observatory was a short walk. i also liked a nearby pizza place, it had killer sicilian slices.
no water was in the room at all. i had to go to a shop to buy some. the front desk staff seemed not cute, perhaps they were understaffed.

The hotel is brilliantly located. It is a short walk to excellent transport links to Manhattan and Brooklyn. The beds were super comfy, and the room was lovely and clean at all times.
The front desk staff checked guests in slowly, so the main lobby became overcrowded. There were no clear exit signs. The stairwell I used led outside instead of to the lobby.
